Each space offers a variety of beautiful amenities and is maintenance-free, inside and out. Each senior housing cottage is comprised of a 1,340 sq. ft. living area, plus an over-sized 375 sq. ft. attached garage. Monthly rent is $4,895 and the entrance fee is partially refundable for the first 5 years. FEES
Entrance Fee: * $225,000. Monthly Fee: $4,895.
Pet fee: $1,000 non-refundable pet deposit will be collected upon moving into our retirement housing and appropriate rules will apply.
*The entrance fee for our independent senior housing facility in Tacoma is due upon occupancy. If the cottage is occupied less than five years, due to heightened health issues or any additional factors, a prorated percentage of the entrance fee will be refunded to you. The entrance fee allows you to secure a manageable monthly expense for your residency in the cottage.
