Opened in fall 2004, the Garden Apartments contain 31 condo-style 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments for independent retirees—all maintenance-free, inside and out. See the historic Tudor-style architecture, oak cabinetry, optional gas fireplaces and marine and mountain views, high-tech wiring for cable and computers, full kitchens, washers and dryers in each apartment, emergency/security system, decks and patios with French doors and water features. The custom building includes elegant parlors, soaring ceilings, a grand staircase, elevator, library, sunroom, lounge with wet bar and big-screen TV and piano—all designed to be extensions of your home for entertaining or personal leisure. A Concierge is there to answer all your questions and make sure all your needs are met.
Unique amenities for residents of the Garden Apartments include an hour or more of housekeeping every other week, $25 per person per month at our Bistro Café, Continental Breakfast three times a week, a Happy Hour social every Friday afternoon and much more.
