Freshly prepared meals, tableside service and elegant dining rooms await residents and their guests at Franke Tobey Jones. Fresh linens and table decorations add to the inviting ambiance as diners order from a varied menu and are served by attentive wait staff. Flexible dining times allow for residents' busy schedules.
Residents and guests select from a menu of fresh fruits, vegetables and entreeś, which include an array of fish, beef, pork, lamb, turkey and chicken dishes. A dietitian is available to tailor menus for special dietary needs.

The Bistro Café is currently open five days a week, offering breakfast pastries, fresh fruit, salads, sandwiches, soups, smoothies and Starbucks® coffee. Ask the barista to make your favorite latte or mocha—she will cater to your special requests.
For our Garden Apartment and Duplex residents, we have "Market to Go", a wide variety of meals, made fresh from our kitchen for your freezer.
“Chef’s Table” is a sight to behold! Three times each month, the chef prepares a special multi-course dinner tableside as residents and guests enjoy a creative menu, and the exhibition of the chef’s talents. An appropriate wine accompanies each meal.
Our chefs also offer catering with a variety of gourmet items and refreshments to residents and campus guests for private events such as guest visits, meetings, parties, luncheons, dinners and receptions.
Twice per year we offer a Sunday Brunch around the beautiful solarium, where we enjoy an all-you-can-eat champagne brunch complete with fresh fruit, cooked-to-order omelets, meats, seafood and pastries.
