Residents of Franke Tobey Jones are treated to a wide range of amenities and services.
- Resident Ambassador Program
We are excited to announce our new Resident Ambassador Program. The purpose of this program is two-fold:- One, the Resident Ambassadors help welcome new Residents. We want to make your move-in as stress-free as possible, and we want you to feel “right at home” very quickly. The Resident Ambassadors call and meet new residents and are the new resident’s connection for the first 2 or 3 days. They answer questions or concerns and just make you feel totally welcomed and embraced. Each Resident Ambassador has business cards that they will give you for easy access, and they each have a name tag so you can spot them easily.
- The second purpose for the Resident Ambassadors is to help meet and greet visitors at community events. Our Resident Ambassadors are very enthusiastic about living at Franke Tobey Jones, and they have every reason to be! Click here to view the Resident Ambassador Program brochure.

- Our newest endeavor, Senior University – Franke Tobey Jones, offers a wide array of educational, cultural, social and wellness programming with a focus on senior interest topics. Classes are offered in partnership with local colleges and universities, museums, cultural organizations and local businesses. Most courses are free of charge and offered to residents and the community as a public service. We are proud to offer Senior University as the only program of its kind in Pierce County.
