A Beloved Film Series Returns to The Grand Cinema

Franke Tobey Jones Proudly Sponsors March Film Screening at The Grand Cinema
Pierce County Aging and Disability Resources is once again bringing its popular film series back to The Grand Cinema inviting seniors, adult family caregivers, and care supporters to gather, connect, and enjoy meaningful storytelling together.
Centered on the theme “Journeys of Laughter and Love,” the series features films that uplift, inspire reflection, and celebrate the connections that matter most. Each screening offers attendees a complimentary small popcorn courtesy of the event sponsors, with additional concessions available for purchase.
Franke Tobey Jones is honored to sponsor the Saturday, March 14 screening of The Cuban. This heartfelt film celebrates music, memory, and the power of human connection—values that closely align with Franke Tobey Jones’ mission to enrich the lives of older adults through vibrant community living, lifelong engagement, and meaningful relationships.
All screenings take place at The Grand Cinema, located at 606 South Fawcett Avenue in Tacoma, with showtimes at 10 a.m. and doors opening at 9:40 a.m. Registration opens one month prior to each event.
