Sometimes, a small action can help address the need of keeping The Best of The Best caregivers here at FTJ.

Here Is One Thing You Can Do—Recognize the FTJ Caregiver All-Stars

Nominate an FTJ caregiver for HCPC’s (Health Care Providers Council) All Star Caregiver of the Year Award to recognize his or her dedication in caring for our residents. A little recognition can go a long way in retaining our valuable team members. Plus, the top caregiver winners will receive a $100 gift card, a free ticket to the award event and recognition in front of coworkers and fellow caregivers at the annual outdoor party honoring ALL the nominees which is scheduled for May 8th. Last year there were over 100 nominations and we hope to top that this year.

We know you are busy, so the nomination process has been streamlined. Simply tell us a story about WHY this caregiver deserves to be recognized.

Three ways to nominate:

1. Find the two nomination forms on the home page of www.healthcareproviderscouncil.org. Choose download and print or online submission.
2. Nomination forms will also be available at the Care Center and Lillian Pratt receptionists’ desks.  Please email (cvelez@franketobeyjones.com) or call Carole Velez (253-320-4216) if she can be of help to you.
3. Nominations in a letter form or an email can be sent to Lstone@advanced-healthcare.com  or Health Care Providers Council, Attn: Caregiver Awards, PO Box 64735, University Place, WA 98466.  

We must retain the best team members during this workforce challenge.  And, we need to let them know how much they are appreciated.
