Clinical Team Super Heroes

group of nurses following social distance guidelines

During Nurses Week we want to take this opportunity to celebrate our super hero Clinical Teams.

What is a super hero?  Super heroes come in all shapes and sizes, with many personality traits and characteristics, but what makes them special?  Super heroes are the people who take an otherwise impossible situation and find the best outcome. These are the people who care so deeply about other people that they are willing to do what’s necessary, to protect them at all costs.

It has been said that tough times don’t last, but tough people do, and this is exactly how our heroes are characterized. They are the tough people who don’t let difficult times get the best of them, but rather adapt and become stronger though learning from difficult times. These heroes represent the inspiration that people need when times are tough, and every possibility for a better future due to their persistence to keep the world safe for people.

Super heroes are ordinary people that make it their responsibility to make a difference in somebody else’s life and are set on inspiring others. These are true heroes- ones who care so genuinely about others that they are willing to go to great lengths to make the world better for others. After all, each of these super heroes started off as a person who wanted to change the world for the better.

“Our clinical staff at Franke Tobey Jones is truly amazing” says Sheila McDonough, FTJ Director of Clinical Services. “They follow all protocols implemented with a positive attitude and despite working under stress with our current conditions, they treat each other and our residents with kindness and consideration at all times. They are simply the best.”

A BIG THANK YOU to our super hero Clinical Team!
