Reserve Early for Priority Access

Want first pick of these beautiful new homes? You can secure your spot on the Priority List today with a fully refundable $2,000 deposit. Submit your deposit easily online at franketobeyjones.com/priority-list-form, or drop off or mail a check to Franke Tobey Jones. Deposits are time-stamped and determine your place in line.

When the time comes to select specific residences, those highest on the Priority List will be invited first to reserve their preferred apartment by placing a 10% entrance fee deposit.

Preliminary Pricing

Entrance fees for these new homes will start around $200,000, with premium residences reaching over $2 million.
