Food For Thought from Senior University

This week’s focus is on aging. We are all doing it after all. We are taught, starting from the time we are quite young, that being old is considered a negative. I’d like to hope that you don’t feel that way. Nonetheless, bias is strong when it’s what we see and hear from others throughout our lifetime and we tend to internalize it, whether we realize it or not.
