A New Chapter in Senior Living at Franke Tobey Jones

We’re excited to share early details about our upcoming expansion—59 beautifully designed apartments complemented by new dining venues, a welcoming bar, spa/salon, and expanded wellness and fitness spaces. Many homes will offer stunning views of Puget Sound, Mount Rainier, and our surrounding gardens and Point Defiance Park. Construction is expected to begin in 2027.

Preliminary Pricing
Entrance fees for these new homes will range from $200,000 to $2+ million.

How to Join the Priority List
To reserve your place, submit your $2,000 deposit by credit/debit card on our website here  https://www.franketobeyjones.com/priority-list-form/, or mail or drop off a check. Deposits will be time-stamped as received and will determine your place on the Priority List.

At a later date, those at the top of the Priority List will have the first opportunity to select their preferred residence by placing a 10% entrance fee deposit.  We won’t begin wider promotion of this opportunity until mid-May, giving you early access to learn more and secure your spot.
