One-Year Celebration
It’s hard to believe that it’s been a year since our new Care Center officially opened and we transitioned in our FTJ skilled nursing and memory care residents as well as brand new residents from the greater outside community. What a great day that was! One year later, our memory care is full with a waiting list.
It was such an exciting time for all of us …first breaking ground, then watching the new Care Center being constructed, then furnished…and finally moving residents in! The highly anticipated move went smoother than we could have imagined with the help of our very capable FTJ team members, resident family members and our Resident Ambassadors. They did an amazing job! It was especially gratifying to see so many happy residents and family members throughout our new Care Center, lots of fun activities going on and delicious meals being served! It was a proud time for Franke Tobey Jones and continues to be very gratifying seeing the building in full use.
This year, as we face a very different situation with the pandemic widely spread across the world, we feel that our new Care Center has helped our residents and staff stay, for the most part, COVID free. With mostly private rooms and private bathrooms, staying healthy has really been a positive outcome of our new building.
