Pt Defiance ~ Ruston Senior Center ~ The 2nd Annual Feast & Fireworks

Please help us spread some patriotic cheer!  Our red, white and blue goal is to fill 100 bags with hot dogs, buns, and baked beans, and send them home with Senior Center participants for a festive Fourth of July meal!   Food bins for donations are in the Franke Tobey Jones Lillian Pratt, Garden Apts, and Care Center lobbies and in the Bistro located in the Wellness Center.   With much appreciation, all food items and contributions should be made by June 27^th.

The Point Defiance~Ruston Senior Center, started in 1978 by Catholic Community Services, has been operated by Franke Tobey Jones since 1998 when Catholic Community Services announced it could no longer fund the Center.  Over the years, participation has grown and currently hundreds of seniors visit the Center monthly.  Participants benefit from nutritious meals, exercise classes, health screenings, computer classes and much more.  For more information, please contact the Senior Center at 253-756-0601.
