At Franke Tobey Jones, we understand how important it is for residents to stay connected with family and friends. That’s why we offer three charming and convenient Guest Cottage accommodations, nestled in the heart of our scenic campus…and they have just been completely refreshed!

Whether loved ones are visiting for a special occasion, a long weekend or simply to spend quality time together, our Guest Cottages provide the perfect home away from home.

Thoughtfully Appointed for Comfort and Convenience

Our Guest Cottages include two cozy guest rooms and one spacious guest suite:

• Guest Rooms #1 and #2 each feature a comfortable queen-size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa ideal for solo travelers or couples as well as a living room and kitchenette.
• The upstairs Guest Suite offers added luxury, with a king-size bed, queen sleeper sofa, a roll-away bed, a kitchenette and a welcoming living area. This suite is especially well-suited for extended visits or families traveling together.

All accommodations are located within easy walking distance to resident apartments and community spaces, making it simple for guests to join in meals, activities and outings.

Access to Dining and Local Treasures

While staying at FTJ, guests are welcome to dine in our dining rooms alongside their loved ones. Afterward, they can explore the natural beauty and vibrant culture that surrounds the campus.

Our proximity to Point Defiance Park, Ruston Way, the Proctor District and Downtown Tacoma means guests have access to lush walking trails, art museums, waterfront restaurants, boutique shopping and some of the region’s most scenic views…all just minutes away.
