Wineries

The Puget Sound wine region is currently Washington’s only official American Viticultural Area (AVA) on the west side of the Cascade Mountain Range. It was recognized as an AVA (or appellation) in 1995. While many Washington wineries are represented in the Puget Sound wine region, only a few of them actually use locally grown grapes to make wine.  While in Tacoma visit these wineries and Wine Bars:
