Bristol View Independent Living Apartments

Our new Bristol View independent living apartment building is open to residents at our senior living community in Tacoma, WA. This two-story senior housing building with views of Puget Sound provides seniors with all the conveniences and security of a well-planned retirement living community. These two-bedroom, two-bathroom senior independent living apartments feature modern floor plans and spacious living areas for residents to relax and enjoy life. These apartment homes range from 1,300 to 1,575 square feet. Enjoy a private life or a social one, home cooking or restaurant-style dining—it’s your choice. We’ll handle all home services and yard maintenance and watch your home when you’re away from your independent retirement home.

There are 16 two-bedroom/two-bathroom apartments, ten with views of Puget Sound and six with views of our senior retirement home.

Bristol View Features

All independent living apartment homes have an open living room with balcony access and will be open to the kitchen with breakfast bar. Some master suites in this independent living building include balcony access.

Senior housing services included: water, sewer, garbage, cable television, property taxes, building insurance; maintenance of all ground and common areas; maintenance of exterior of home, heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, security systems and grounds.

Entrance Fee: $245,000 to $300,000

Monthly Fee Range: $5,895 to $6,415
