We have Memory Care #3 available. This is a lovely 322 square foot suite with private ensuite bath.  The monthly rent is $8,145, and there is a one time $5,000 community feel plus a level of care cost.

Our Memory Care community features:

• A small group of residents living together in a cozy, secure setting
• Peaceful outdoor courtyards and multiple inviting gathering spaces
• 24-hour personalized supervision and care
• No prior residency at FTJ is required

A Montessori-Inspired Approach to Memory Care

In late 2022, we introduced a new and dynamic approach to engaging residents through Montessori-Inspired Memory Care Programming. While traditionally used in early education, the Montessori method has proven incredibly effective for individuals with dementia.

This evidence-based model uses:

• Sensory experiences and hands-on activities to stimulate memory
• Opportunities to reconnect with positive emotions and meaningful memories
