Do More, Feel Better Program

In conjunction with the University of Washington, we are participating in the “Do More, Feel Better Program.”  What is it?  They are looking for people interested in a 9-week virtual program called “Do More, Feel Better” that is based on research showing that increasing participation in pleasurable and rewarding activities can lead to improvement in depressive symptoms.  If you are eligible to participate, you will receive up to $130 over the course of the Program.

There is a very interesting PBS Northwest Now Episode about this program and the issues of depression.  Click here to view the program.  Northwest Now | Mind Matters: Loneliness – Dec 8 | Season 15 | Episode 13 | PBS
