Katie Baker – Philanthropy Coordinator
Hello, my name is Katie Baker, and I am delighted to be the Philanthropy Coordinator.
I earned my BA in Philosophy from the University of Oregon and my MFA in Creative Writing from Pacific Lutheran University. Stories have always been central to my life—whether reading them, writing them, or helping others discover them. I’m an avid reader of all kinds of fiction, a writer of short fiction, an enthusiastic home baker, and a devoted coffee drinker. I currently belong to two book clubs and previously worked for the Tacoma Public Library, where I loved helping people connect with books, resources, and community.
