Parkside View Reaches an Exciting New Milestone!

The City of Tacoma has agreed to the rezoning modification of the property where Parkside View is planned, making it possible for Franke Tobey Jones to add a fourth floor to the building. This important milestone allows us to move forward with the next phase of development and brings us one step closer to creating additional new homes for future Parkside View residents.

The addition of the fourth floor creates even more opportunities for future residents to enjoy thoughtfully designed apartment homes, beautiful views, and the vibrant lifestyle that Parkside View will offer. Our team is now finalizing floor plans, pricing, and reservation materials as construction planning continues to move ahead.

The enthusiasm surrounding Parkside View has been tremendous. We continue to hear from individuals and families who are excited about the opportunity to be part of this new community, and we are grateful for the support and encouragement we have received throughout the planning process.

Over the coming weeks and months, we will be sharing additional updates including pricing, important project timing and milestones, apartment information and community features. It is an exciting time as Parkside View continues to take shape.
