There’s a lot to be excited about at Parkside View as we continue moving closer to making this incredible new community a reality!

Apartment Pricing and New Brochure Available

We’re pleased to share that apartment pricing and our new Parkside View brochure are now available for all 72 apartments. This is an important milestone and gives future residents the opportunity to explore the many apartment options, floor plans, and pricing available at Parkside View.

And September will bring another big milestone: our depositors will begin choosing their apartments! After all the planning and anticipation, it will be wonderful to see future residents begin selecting the apartments they will one day call home.

Priority Wait List

The momentum surrounding Parkside View continues to grow, and there is still time to be part of it. Those who are interested in Parkside View can join our Priority Wait List with a fully refundable $2,000 deposit. Joining the Priority Wait List is the best way to stay connected and position yourself for future opportunities as the community continues to take shape.

Discovery Center Open

We also invite you to visit the Parkside View Discovery Center on our campus. It’s a wonderful opportunity to see the plans up close, explore apartment options and available finishes, and learn more about the vision for Parkside View. Our team is happy to answer questions and provide additional details about the project, the building, and the apartments so you can begin imagining what life at Parkside View could look like for you.
