We are pleased to offer Lillian Pratt #331, a lovely studio apartment in our assisted living community. Conveniently located near the third-floor living room, clinical office, and a beautiful outdoor balcony overlooking the front fountain and Mt. Rainier, this apartment offers comfort, support, and easy access to community life.

Residents enjoy personalized assistance tailored to their individual needs while being part of a warm, engaging community filled with opportunities for connection and enrichment.

Monthly rent is $4,975 (no buy-in), plus level-of-care costs and a one-time $5,000 community fee. Rent includes three chef-prepared meals daily in our beautiful dining room, weekly housekeeping, utilities, transportation, an emergency alert system, Senior University, fitness and wellness programs, life-enrichment activities, and more.

Our caring team is available around the clock to provide support and peace of mind. Each resident receives an individualized care assessment, which may include medication support or administration, bathing, dressing, and escorts to meals. Care fees vary based on each resident’s individual needs.

Memory Care Suites #16 & #17

When one or both partners need memory care, moving to a supportive community doesn’t have to mean giving up the comfort of living together.

Memory Care Suites #16 and #17 offer a unique option for a couple: two private suites connected by a shared bathroom that is exclusive to these two rooms. Couples can use both spaces as bedrooms or create a private bedroom and separate living room, providing additional space to relax, visit with family, or simply enjoy time together.

It’s an arrangement that offers something especially valuable—togetherness when you want it and personal space when you need it.

Support Designed Around the Individual

At Franke Tobey Jones, memory care is about much more than providing assistance. It’s about getting to know the person—their routines, interests, preferences, abilities, and the things that continue to bring meaning to their day.

Our Montessori-inspired approach encourages residents to participate in daily life in ways that feel familiar and purposeful. Music, art, conversation, sensory experiences, everyday activities, and personalized engagement help residents continue using their strengths and making choices throughout the day.

Specially trained caregivers are available 24 hours a day, providing individualized support in a secure, comfortable environment. Memory Care #16 & #17

Monthly rent is $6,640 per suite, plus an individualized level-of-care charge and a one-time $5,000 community fee.

Other Memory Care accommodations are also available, including private suites with private bathrooms starting at $7,680 per month, plus level of care.

Prior Franke Tobey Jones residency is not required.
