Over the past several weeks, our team has been meeting one-on-one with Expression of Interest depositors as they select their preferred apartments and place their 10% Entry Fee deposits. We’ve received many deposits, demonstrating strong momentum and enthusiasm for this beautiful new addition to the Franke Tobey Jones campus. And the interest continues to grow.

We are still welcoming $2,000 fully refundable Expression of Interest (EOI) deposits, which place prospective residents on the Parkside View Priority Waitlist. Joining the Priority Waitlist provides an opportunity to get in line for a future apartment as availability changes and additional homes are selected.
