Currently, the only availability across campus is in Memory Care.

FTJ Memory Care offers private suites in a secure, thoughtfully designed setting for seniors living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Residents live in intimate household-style groupings with 24-hour support, secure courtyards, and welcoming shared spaces that feel warm and familiar. Prior FTJ residency is not required.

We offer three types of Memory Care accommodation:

• Large suite with ensuite bathroom starting at $11,335/month
• Suite with ensuite bathroom starting at $7,680
• Suite with shared bathroom (with one other suite) starting at $6,640

All accommodations also require a level- of-care charge and a $5,000 one-time community fee.

Located on the beautiful campus of Franke Tobey Jones, our Memory Care neighborhood is intentionally designed to promote comfort and confidence. Residents benefit from small-group living that encourages connection while minimizing overstimulation. Secured outdoor courtyards allow for safe access to fresh air and nature, while cozy gathering areas create opportunities for conversation, activities, and companionship.

Each private suite includes a private bath and can be personalized with meaningful furnishings, photographs, and keepsakes—supporting familiarity and a continued sense of identity.

Montessori-Inspired Memory Care

At the heart of our program is a Montessori-inspired philosophy that emphasizes dignity, purpose, and independence. Rather than focusing on limitations, this strengths-based approach highlights what each person can do and builds meaningful engagement around those abilities.

Daily life may include:

• Hands-on activities that reflect lifelong skills
• Sorting, organizing, and life-skills stations
• Gardening and plant care
• Art, music, and sensory experiences
• Matching and sequencing activities that support cognitive pathways
• Individualized engagement tailored to personal history

This approach helps reduce anxiety, nurture confidence, and create moments of accomplishment and joy.

True Door Program

Each suite features a distinct, home-inspired door design—from stained glass accents to rustic barn-style details—supporting wayfinding and reinforcing a sense of belonging. These personalized touches enhance both navigation and neighborhood character.

Expert, Compassionate Care

Our team is specially trained in dementia care and Montessori-based practices, providing attentive support 24 hours a day. Caregivers focus on meeting residents where they are, engaging them with patience, respect, and warmth. Families often share how much they value the genuine relationships formed here.

Dining, Enrichment, and Daily Rhythm

Residents enjoy chef-prepared meals served in a calm dining setting. Menus are thoughtfully planned with dementia-friendly options, including modified textures and supportive assistance when needed. Mealtimes are relaxed and social.

In addition to Montessori programming, residents benefit from music, fitness, small-group activities, outdoor time, and individualized visits—creating a balanced daily rhythm of engagement, rest, and connection.
