Franke Tobey Jones is pleased to present Dementia 101, an enlightening evening with Douglas Wornell, MD, a published author and geriatric neuropsychiatrist with more than 40 years of clinical experience. Dr. Wornell has treated more than 20,000 dementia patients and also serves as a psychiatric consultant to Franke Tobey Jones. He is the author of Wandering Explorers: Practical Dementia for Families and Caregivers.

Caring for someone living with dementia can bring many questions, challenges, and unexpected moments. Whether you are a family member, friend, or professional caregiver, understanding dementia and learning practical ways to navigate the journey can make a meaningful difference.

This is a wonderful opportunity for family members and other caregivers to learn from a physician who has devoted much of his career to caring for people with dementia. Whether you are currently supporting someone with memory loss, or simply want to better understand dementia and what families may encounter, this session offers an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and perspective.
