Lillian Pratt #331 is a studio near the third floor living room and beautiful outside balcony overlooking the front fountain and Mt. Rainier.  This studio apartment offers comfort, support, and easy access to community life. Residents benefit from personalized assistance tailored to their needs, while enjoying a warm, engaging environment filled with opportunities for connection and enrichment.

Assisted living amenities include nutritious chef-prepared meals in a beautiful dining room, weekly housekeeping, medication support, life-enrichment programs, wellness activities, and caring staff available around the clock to provide peace of mind for residents and families alike. Each resident is assessed for a level of care for medication support/administration, bathing, dressing and escorting to meals. Care fees vary depending on how little or how much care the resident needs.

Monthly rent is $4,975 plus level-of-care charge and a one-time $5,000 community fee.

It is rare that we ever have availability in our beautiful Skilled Nursing.  Suite #4 is a private suite with a bath shared with one other private suite. $540/day.

Care Center—Memory Care

Franke Tobey Jones Memory Care offers compassionate, person-centered support in a secure, thoughtfully designed setting for seniors living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Residents enjoy private suites, intimate household-style living, welcoming shared spaces, and secure outdoor courtyards that encourage comfort, connection, and confidence. Prior FTJ residency is not required.

Guided by a Montessori-inspired philosophy, the program focuses on dignity, purpose, and meaningful engagement through individualized activities, music, art, sensory experiences, and daily routines that support each resident’s strengths and abilities. Specially trained caregivers provide attentive support 24 hours a day, creating a warm and nurturing environment for both residents and families.

Memory Care accommodation includes several suite options.  Monthly rent starts at $6,640 for a private suite and shared bath (with one other private suite).  Private suite with private bath start at $7,680.  Other costs: level-of-care charge and a one-time $5,000 community fee.
