The Discovery Center offers a unique opportunity to experience Parkside View before the building has even broken ground. Whether you’re simply curious or seriously considering a move, this welcoming space allows visitors to explore the possibilities in a clear, visual and interactive way.

At the Discovery Center, guests can view detailed two- and three-dimensional floor plans and explore the many apartment layouts planned for Parkside View. Interactive technology allows you to compare designs, understand how spaces flow, and imagine how each apartment could fit your lifestyle.

Parkside View is named for the extraordinary scenery surrounding the campus. At the Discovery Center, visitors can preview photo-realistic simulations of the views from different apartments—including sweeping vistas of Puget Sound, Mount Rainier, and nearby Point Defiance Park. This allows future residents to see exactly what their windows could overlook.

Compare Finishes and Features
