Strong Sales & Marketing Momentum

Since Spring 2025, interest in Parkside View has continued to grow through a robust, full multimedia marketing campaign. The team has hosted eight offsite informational events in several cities welcoming hundreds of attendees.  This strong engagement has helped garner nearly 450 leads and 155 Expression of Interest deposits.

New Information

Exciting progress continues at Parkside View, with new developments enhancing both the vision and momentum of this highly anticipated addition to the Franke Tobey Jones community.

A key update includes exploring a rezoning option with the City of Tacoma to potentially add a fourth floor. If approved, this would increase the number of residences from 59 to more than 70 and introduce a rooftop “wine bar” amenity space—further elevating the lifestyle experience. While this option may extend the timeline by approximately 5–6 months, it reflects a thoughtful approach to maximizing both value and livability.

The Discovery Center is now open on campus, offering an interactive way to explore future residences. Guests can review 2D and 3D floor plans, compare layouts, see the amazing views from various apartments and building levels, and experience finish materials firsthand—bringing the Parkside View vision to life.  The Discovery Center is located at 6225 N. Park Way in Duplex 11B.  We welcome both appointments and walk-ins Monday – Friday during business hours. Additionally, at the Discovery Center you can explore two new, beautifully designed 2,200-square-foot floor plans, offering even more options for future residents.

Project Timeline

The project timeline is moving forward steadily. Early design work will continue through summer 2026, with the 10% deposit phase anticipated in mid-to-late 2026. Construction is expected to begin in spring 2028, with move-in projected for fall 2030.
