New: Monthly Game Day!
We know how important it is to get out, stay active, and connect with others. To help our community stay social, we are excited to launch our newest Community Meetup: Game Day!
Whether you’re looking for a little friendly competition or just a morning of laughs, there’s a seat at the table for you.
- When: The 2nd Saturday of every month
- Time: 10:00 AM
- What: Play a round of Bunko, show off your Ping Pong skills, or join in on other popular games.
- Where: The Senior Center | 4716 N. Baltimore, Tacoma

Possible New Beginning Piano Class
Thursdays at 2pm
The senior center is considering expanding its music program. If you’d like to take a Beginning Piano class, please register for the class so we can ascertain the interest. Beginners only!
Please register for “Possible Beginning Piano”. Beginning date will be TBD. Class is limited to 6.

First Thursday of every month at 2:00 p.m.
CarePatrol and Comfort Keepers present helpful resources for Caregivers every month. Come on Thursday, April 2 at 2pm to hear from special guest Cheryl Farnham, a realtor and owner of Evolve Real Estate PNW. She will present information for those who are thinking about selling or downsizing their home.

Coffee & Conversation with Councilman John Hines

This is your chance to speak directly with your local representative in a relaxed, friendly setting. Whether you have a specific issue to address or just want to stay informed about what’s happening in Tacoma, we encourage you to attend!

Movie Club
3rd and 4th Mondays: April 20 & April 27. 1:00pm
Do you love movies? Join the Movie club! Every month we’ll watch a movie together and then meet up to talk about it!
One meeting will be the movie and one will be discussion about it and also a general movie discussion. What’s your favorite genre? What are your top 10 favorites? What actor or actress will you see in any movie! Let’s discuss! We’ll do this like a book club where we decide as a group which movies to watch.

Hanford History Talk:

Chris from Pretty Gritty Tours will be presenting the history of the Hanford nuclear production complex. Learn about this Manhattan Project nuclear site and how plutonium manufactured at the site was used in the first atomic bomb.
