This four-part series will cover various, time y topics including (but not limited to): the elements of an inflammatory diet; how foods are helpful and harmful; what sort of exercise does my brain need?; neuropathways and how to make new ones; habits, examining your own and learning to create new ones; sugar: its nearly irresistible power and what it does to your brain. Your brain and the rest of your body are communicating with each other all the time, but what are the messages?; lifestyle choices and how they can support or diminish your brain power; get better acquainted with the innerworkings of your thoughts; and empowering yourself to make better choices.

Learn to Knit
Have you ever wanted to learn to knit? Have you ever wanted the perfect, cozy hobby that both relaxes your mind and makes you think, but also results in fun, cute, and practical objects to delight as gifts? This 4-part series will teach the basics and introduce you to all the tips and tricks you’ll need to create fun and practical knitted items. No previous knowledge of knitting is required. This class has a $25 supply fee and pre-registration is required. This program was made possible through a generous donation to Senior University.
